They just started this location and it's much more convenient. They are minimally staffed, but always very helpful.
And this non-smoking car is a smoked in car. Fricken stinks.

Grafton Enterprise Rent a car is AMAZING! They came through when two other rental places completely let me down. My insurance company called the other places and they said they would have a next morning rental for me. The other place called me and said that my reservations were set, All I had to do was call in the morning and they would come to body shop and pick me up. Well I called the next morning and was told they were out of cars and would not have any for three days.. I was already stressed out do to a guy hitting our car and putting it out of commission. My insurance "agent" told me to call Grafton Rent a car due to previous great experiences with them. I called Grafton and they personally delivered a really nice vehicle within one hour of me calling. I HIGHLY recommend Grafton. They go above and beyond service! Very friendly staff also!
Grafton site had NO vehicles which we were taken to waiting at.
We just rented a minivan set up weeks ago.
This location has a friendly staff focused on customer service and a great selection of vehicles from subcompacts to SUVs and minivans. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
We will have missed two conferences and dinner because of their incompetent service.
At 1:15 we finally got on the road.
Understaffed, but very friendly and helpful.
Pick up was 9:30am.
Next time I will rent from Bob fish in West Bend, pay a little bit more but quality and prompt service is #1 with them.
