Everybody was really nice and very helpful however their prices are absolutely ridiculous. I bought my puppy's a bag on Amazon for $27 they wanted $100 for the same bag in the store!
Decent selection of items and they are getting better about stocking healthier food and treat options for pets. Prices are more expensive than other pet stores I have gone to though, and there don't seem to be many sales.

You have to watch prices to make sure that the price is competitive with other stores. However, they are clean and generally helpful. I also love the fact it is a store you can bring your pet to. And of course they have the adoption center for local animal rescues which I wholeheartedly support.
Never had a problem with this store or any of them. They match their online prices to their in store prices. The staff is very helpful. Our family has no complaints. I just wish they would start carrying froom dog food.
